About Todd Kashdan, Ph.D.: 

Dr. Todd B. Kashdan’s broad mission is to increase the amount of well-being in the world. He uses cutting edge science to help people function optimally in life and business. As an Associate Professor of Psychology and Senior Scientist at the Center for Consciousness and Transformation at George Mason University, he is a rock star with his students and received the 2010 Distinguished Faculty Member of the Year award.

Dr. Kashdan regularly leads keynotes and workshops to business executives, coaches, health professionals, schools, parents, retirees, government and other organizations.
